Key protection against duplication and cloning using 3D printing is guaranteed by two patents valid until 2040 (pct/it2020/000031 and pct/it2020/000042). Each key has its own digital identifier, and each copy is recorded and stored in the cloud. Check for duplicates via the CISA online service: view the duplicate register, generate an OTP code for two-factor authentication when you duplicate a key. Picking protection: 16 specially shaped active pins and a double-sided active pin, which corresponds to a patented moving element on the key (patent ep1582662a1). The secret section has a unique design: it consists of 16 active coding pins, arranged radially around a central axis in five rows. A double-sided active pin interacts with a movable element on the key. They create a security system with 8 billion possible combinations. The pins, body pins, locking and protection inserts are made of high-hardness carbonized steel. The DIN-compliant cam is made of steel and features a self-lubricating system. The pin springs are made of stainless steel, and the rotor is made of brass. This ensures reliable and long-lasting operation. The lifespan is at least 100,000 cycles (compliant with the EN1303:2015 standard and the sixth highest level of reliability and durability). By default, the cylinder operates in "anti-panic" mode (cylinder clutch system): it opens from the outside, even if the key is inserted into the cylinder from the inside. Key protection is implemented at three levels: the key is protected against unauthorized copying and cloning by two patents and a registered trademark: a patented moving element on the key (pct/it2020/000042), a mechanical patent (pct/it2020/000031) valid until 2040, and a unique registered key shape. This makes duplication impossible without a security card, protects against cloning on a 3D printer, and prevents the unauthorized sale of raw copies. The Securicard security card allows the owner to verify ownership of a specific cylinder and obtain a duplicate key from an official and certified Red Expert Center. Only these centers can duplicate CISA RX keys on automatic machines. In Ukraine, the exclusive CISA Red Expert Center service center provides each key with its own digital identifier, and each duplication is recorded and stored in the cloud. Account activation is done via the CISA KeyControl online service, using the password on the included card. Two-factor authentication can be enabled via the online service. When a duplicate key is needed, a one-time code (OTP) is generated and a digital duplication request (ticket) is created, which is sent to the Red Expert Center. The automatic machine will produce exactly the number of keys authorized by the cylinder owner. Manual adjustments are not possible. After registering for the CISA service, you can view the duplication history and the total number of keys produced for the cylinder. Effective protection against intelligent picking is provided by 16 specially designed active pins and a double-sided active pin, coupled to the key via a patented moving element (patent ep1582662a1). This combination makes picking extremely difficult, while the patented grooves and notches on the pins mislead thieves. Therefore, this picking method becomes practically impossible. The radial arrangement of the 5 rows of pins with CISA RX technology makes the use of the Topolino decoder impossible, as this tool is designed for cylinders with a linear pin arrangement. Protection against drilling is provided by: coding pins made of highly hardened carbonized steel; and locking protective bars. These elements make it difficult for a drill to penetrate, which breaks during drilling. This is confirmed by the highest level of burglary resistance SKG*** (three stars). However, we still recommend using a mortise armor plate when installing the cylinder mechanism. This will strengthen the door structure and significantly complicate any manipulation of the cylinder. The Cisa RX cylinder is equipped with a patented modular system (patent pct/it2020/000043) that increases its resistance to extraction. This solution offers 60% greater resistance than standard cylinders. Extracting the cylinder from the door requires a minimum load of 700 kilograms. This resistance is achieved thanks to an internal design with a rotor assembly that distributes the load evenly along the entire length. The RX cylinder is equipped with a patented system, a special pin assembly (patent pct/it2020/000046), which guarantees resistance to bumping. The RX pins have a special shape and position that prevent them from rising to the required unlocking height in the event of an impact. For Cisa RX cylinders with a key-knob housing, customers can optionally purchase a handle of a different color and shape.
