These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products and services on the CopyMyKey website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply primarily to sales made to final consumers (B2C). Any professional buyers or companies (B2B) are requested to contact us in advance; in the absence of other agreements, the same conditions will be applied to the extent permitted by law for commercial transactions.

2. Orders, Prices, and Right of Cancellation

All prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros. CopyMyKey reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Safeguard clause: CopyMyKey reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction.
- Sudden unavailability of the product in stock.
- Obvious and clear technical or IT error in the price displayed on the site (e.g., a clearly derisory price due to a system defect).
In all cases of cancellation by us, the customer will receive an immediate and full refund of the amount paid.

3. Accepted Payments

Order processing takes place only upon receipt of payment. We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (via the Shopify Payments network)
- PayPal
The customer's financial data is handled directly by the respective payment networks; CopyMyKey does not have access to and does not store any credit card data.

4. VERIFICATION AND SECURITY FOR PROTECTED PRODUCTS (72-Hour Deadline)

The purchase of high-security or protected profile keys and cylinders (e.g., Cisa, Mottura, Kaba, etc.) is subject to strict verification of ownership.
Immediately after completing the order, the customer is required to provide a clear and legible copy of the Property Card (Security Card) associated with the requested key or cylinder.
Strict deadline: If this documentation is not provided within 72 hours of receiving the order, or if it is found to be non-compliant, CopyMyKey will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund, relieving itself of any responsibility for non-deliveries.

5. COMPATIBILITY OF CAR KEY SHELLS AND REMOTES

It is the customer's sole responsibility to disassemble their original key and carefully compare the blade profile, internal housings, battery position, and number of buttons with the photos provided on the site before placing the order.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product description, replacement shells never include electronic components, immobilizer chips (transponders), or batteries. The customer will need to transfer the electronics from the old key to the new shell. Returns caused by a lack of aesthetic or internal compatibility due to inattention at the time of purchase will be handled according to our Refund Policy, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed within 14 days for standard products. In accordance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is categorically excluded for custom-made or personalized products (e.g., keys cut to code or from photos). 7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, in the event that the buyer is a consumer, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code.
